Long (Hiα»p TrαΊ§n NghΔ©a), a Vietnamese driver in Southern California, answers a late-night call for a ride. Already in his pajamas, he reluctantly agrees, picking up a man, TΓ’y (Dustin Nguyen), and his two partners. But the men, recently escaped from an Orange County jail, take Long hostage at gunpoint, implicating him in their escape plan. When complications arise, the fugitives and their hostage hole up in a motel and a tense waiting game develops.
