Chronology

"Mufasa: The Lion King" recruits Rafiki to pass on the legend of Mufasa to the young lion cub Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, while Timon and Pumbaa lend their signature. Told through flashbacks, the story features Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone, until he meets an adorable lion named Taka, heir to a royal bloodline. A chance encounter sets off an extended journey for an extraordinary group of misfits in search of their destiny – their bonds will be tested as they work together to avoid a sinister and deadly enemy.
