Heatpig: He can actually fly

Story

A bounty hunter pig travels the world with a free-roaming elephant that he intends to catch. An image of Bill the cat from the comic book writer Berkley Breathed “Bloom County” can be seen as one of Heatpig’s bounties and on an improvised parachute. Pickles: Eat your heart out, Dumbo! It is mentioned in “The New Scary Snitch” (2022).

A new animated film called HITPIG is in theaters! Based on the children’s book “Pete and Pickles” by Berkeley Breathed, this is the story of Heatpig (Jason Sudeikis), a bounty hunter pig who returns escaped animals to their owners. Right away, the name makes no sense, the pig doesn’t kill anyone, like a killer. It should probably be called something like PETE THE BOUNTY HUNTER or just PETE AND PICKLES.

This movie is good

On her way, she meets Pickles (Lilly Singh), an elephant who has escaped from the haughty, conniving Lippin, the Master of Pantyhose (Rain Wilson). They form a bond that makes Hitpig question her career and life. I understand that it wasn’t made for me. The humor is everywhere, sometimes aimed at the kids below, sometimes a little higher.

Lots of butt jokes

The plot moves a mile a minute, sometimes literally, breathtakingly. All the characters talk fast, although I enjoyed listening to Hannah Gadsby as the sassy koala. The movie looks low-budget and I’m actually surprised it made it to theaters. There are some pretty good walls about the chosen family.

is a good movie in my opinion, but it’s immediately forgettable and not worth spending money on unless you have a young child with ADHD who loves loud noises and bright colors
